At Irrescentstible Candles, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Our candles are curated in small batches, made to order. We are not able to accept returns nor offer refunds. Each of our candles is complimented with candle care instructions. It is extremely important to read and adhere to these instructions for proper handling of your Irrescentstible Candles. Irrescentstible Candles is not responsible for mishandling of your candles.
